| preparation | at room temperature, TEA(30.4g,300.0mmol) was added dropwise to the mixed solution of nortopinone hydrochloride (16.2g,100.0mmol) and DCM(300mL), and the system temperature was controlled to be lower than 30 ℃. After adding, (Boc)2O(24.0g,110.0mmol) was added to the reaction system in batches. After adding, the reaction system was stirred at room temperature for 6 hours. TLC shows that after the raw material reaction is completed, the reaction solution is washed with 1M dilute hydrochloric acid, saturated Na2CO3 aqueous solution and saturated salt water at one time. The organic phase is dried with anhydrous Na2SO4 and concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain 22.1g (yield: 98%) of the target compound, which is a colorless oil. |
